WYSIWYG Editing - part 2

Because I really need to have at least a FEW formatting buttons, I tried this again.

 

When I selected  both:

Allow users to choose default
If allowed, users will be able to choose their own Wysiwyg Editor default state in their user account settings.
Show enable/disable rich text toggle link
Whether or not to show the enable/disable rich text toggle link below a textarea. If disabled, the user setting or global default is used (see above).
The buttons wouldn't show up at all.  I only got the resize window until I unchecked these 2 options.
