A year ago I got the Kyocera KC130TM 130 Watt Solar Panel with Junction Box at http://store.solar-electric.com/kykc130wasop.html for $620 and it was the lowest price ANYWHERE.  Now it's $481, prices are really coming down for panels.  I like it because you do NOT need the MC4 extension cable as just about all other panels.

They also have excellent customer service, I've ordered several times and once a panel had a little dent and they immediately shipped a new one and picked the damaged panel up.  They also answered whatever questions I had and made recommendations.
